Cancellation and Refund Conditions

By placing an order electronically through this website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement presented to you.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.
Each purchased product is delivered online to the individual and/or organization specified by the buyer within the legal period of 30 days, unless otherwise stated. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyers may terminate the contract.
The purchased product must be delivered completely and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order.

If the Purchase Price of the Product Is Not Paid:

If the buyer does not pay for the purchased product or cancels the payment in the bank records, the seller is relieved of the obligation to deliver the product.

If the Product Cannot Be Delivered on Time Due to Unforeseen Circumstances:

If unforeseeable force majeure events occur and the product cannot be delivered on time, the buyer will be informed of the situation. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is resolved. If the buyer cancels the order: If the payment was made in cash, the refund will be made within 14 days. If the payment was made by credit card and canceled, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days. However, it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to transfer the amount to the buyer's account.

The Buyer's Responsibility to Check the Product:

The buyer must inspect the goods/services subject to the contract before accepting delivery. If they are incomplete, inadequate, or differ from the agreed-upon specifications, the buyer should not accept them. Once the goods/services are received, they will be deemed to be in proper condition. After delivery, the buyer is required to take care of the goods/services. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services must not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.

Right of Withdrawal:

The buyer may exercise their right to withdraw from the contract without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without providing any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product to themselves or the designated individual/organization, by notifying the seller through the contact information below.

Withdrawal Period:

If the purchased item is a service, the 14-day period starts from the contract signing date. If the service has commenced with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period expires, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
Costs associated with exercising the right of withdrawal are borne by the buyer.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the seller must be notified in writing via registered mail or email within 14 (fourteen) days, and the product must not have been used according to the "Products That Cannot Be Returned" provisions of this contract

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal:

If the returned product has been delivered to a third party or the buyer, and the invoice is issued in the name of a company, the return must be accompanied by a return invoice issued by the company. Returns of orders invoiced to companies cannot be completed without a return invoice.

Return Conditions:

The seller is obliged to refund the total amount and return any documents that put the buyer under obligation within a maximum of 10 days from receiving the withdrawal notification, and to accept the return of the product within 20 days.
If the value of the product has decreased due to the buyer’s fault or if the return has become impossible, the buyer is liable to compensate the seller’s damages in proportion to their fault. However, the buyer is not responsible for changes and deterioration caused by the proper use of the product within the withdrawal period.
If the withdrawal results in the total amount falling below the campaign limit set by the seller, the discount applied within the scope of the campaign will be canceled.

Products That Cannot Be Returned:

Products prepared according to the buyer’s request or personal needs, single-use products, services performed instantly in electronic form, or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer cannot be returned under the regulation. Additionally, products such as audio or video recordings, digital content, and software programs cannot be returned if their packaging has been opened by the buyer.
For the return of software, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, tapes, and stationery supplies (toners, cartridges, ribbons, etc.), their packaging must be unopened, untested, undamaged, and unused.

Default and Legal Consequences:

If the buyer defaults on payments made by credit card, they accept, declare, and undertake that they will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement with their bank and will be responsible to the bank. In such cases, the bank may resort to legal remedies and may demand the buyer to cover any costs and attorney’s fees incurred. In any case, if the buyer defaults on their debt, they agree to compensate the seller for any damages and losses arising from delayed performance.

Payment and Delivery:

You can pay for your order using bank transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) methods on our payment page or through other online payment methods.
With your credit card, you can make a one-time online payment or take advantage of installment options for all credit cards. In online payments, the total amount will be charged to your credit card at the end of your order.
