WeAccess.Ai Sign Language Plugin – Integration Guide

WeAccess – Sign Language Integration

Step 1. About WeAccess.Ai

WeAccess.Ai develops AI-powered and sustainable digital accessibility solutions to ensure persons with disabilities or special needs can easily access digital platforms and services.

These tools help your website provide an equal, inclusive, and user-friendly experience for everyone.

Step 2. What Is the Sign Language Plugin?

The WeAccess.Ai Sign Language Plugin makes sentences on your website clickable and instantly translatable into sign language through a JavaScript-based integration.

This allows deaf users to understand the content in their native language — sign language — directly from your site.

The plugin provides an interactive interface where users can:

  • Adjust translation speed
  • Send feedback and messages
  • Drag and reposition the translation panel anywhere on the screen

Step 3. Integration Code

Insert the following JavaScript snippet just before the closing </body> tag of your website:

<script type="module">
  import "https://webplugin.signfordeaf.com/static/engelsizCeviri.js";
  engelsizCeviri.mount({ hash: "YOUR_HASH_CODE" });
</script>

Step 4. Post-Integration Check

Once integration is complete, the following will occur automatically:

  • The WeAccess.Ai icon will appear on your website
  • The icon’s color and position can be customized
  • Clicking the icon activates the sign language translator
  • All visible sentences become interactive and are translated live
  • No additional steps are needed for users to begin using it

Step 5. Authorization for Testing

If you’d like to test the plugin in a staging environment before going live, please share your test domain with WeAccess.Ai to authorize it on our system.

Find accessibility issues on your website.

Run a quick accessibility check and discover potential barriers on your website. Automated scanning cannot detect every issue.

Example: www.yourwebsite.com

The accessibility score is based on automated test results. It is not a statement of WCAG or regulatory compliance. A full assessment requires manual testing.
